Returning Swimmers:

If you are a returning swimmer, you may register by completing and submitting the online 2011-2012 Registration Form on this website or by printing and completing the forms in the registration package (DOWNLOAD PDF PACKAGE), and in either case, following the instructions regarding forms, payment and delivery to the Registrar.

Please note that CPWD limits the number of swimmers per group and as such will only guarantee returning swimmers a spot if your completed registration package and payment are received on or before July 31, 2011. Payment may be in the form of postdated cheques as per the registration package. After July 31, 2011 registration will be open to the general public and will be filled on a first come first served basis.

New Swimmers:

Please do not complete a registration form at this time, but rather please call our club phone line at 613-875-CPWD (2793) and leave a message requesting an appointment to be assessed. Assessments will commence the week of September 12th, 2011. Once you have completed your assessment, the Head Coach will advise which group is most appropriate and you will be provided with further information on CPWD and the registration process at that time.
